This brochure, consisting of two volumes, shows the environmental projects of the Information Society Technologies (IST) sub-programme of the Fifth European Framework Programme for Research (FP5)1. More specifically, the brochure presents the subset of IST projects, in which Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) were used for the protection of the environment. The present volume 2 of the brochure collects the Fact Sheets of all the projects cofinanced by the European Union.
