Patience Please are a pop band from Seattle, Washington. In 2006, Patience Please released their debut EP through Seattle indie label Jigsaw Records. At around 15 minutes, Parallel Plots is a rapid-fire introduction to Patience Please that simply bounds from the speakers (A&A) an EP that invited fans and reviewers alike to press the play button again and start all over (Retro Low-Fi). Fleeting Frequencies features eleven original songs, produced and engineered by Jackson Justice Long (Racetrack) and Cameron Nicklaus (The Pale Pacific) at the world-famous Avast! Studios complex in Seattle. Throughout the summer new Patience Please songs will be appearing online, in advance of the September release of Fleeting Frequencies, which will be on sale at shows throughout the summer tour. Patience Please wish they could sound and write songs like: XTC, Elvis Costello and the Attractions, the Weakerthans, Superchunk, They Might Be Giants, The Go-Betweens, and many others.
