Humans Bow Down is a rock band founded with the idea that there are powerful forces in this world that serve to remind us of our strengths as well as our shortcomings. One of the most powerful mediums for this expression of humanity is music-and that is the focus for Humans Bow Down. Notes on ‘A Mirror’: We use mirrors to help us see things about ourselves that we would otherwise be blind to. In a sense, mirrors provide us with an opportunity to see in ourselves what we see in others and in the world around us. The things we respect, envy or despise in life, we can see in our own eyes. The artwork for ‘A Mirror’ depicts the lengths we go to observe these traits in the things around us and the ease with which we miss them in ourselves.
