This work documents the careers and life experiences, traits and abilities, and current and strategic business issues of Australia"s top chief executives. The author has surveyed and interviewed Australia"s foremost business leaders to identify which leadership skills Australia"s future CEO"s need to develop in order to successfully compete in the increasingly competitive business environment.
