The fourth of five books designed as a teaching resource for all secondary school mathematics courses leading to GCSE, this text contains a series of aural tests which will involve pupils in writing responses to questions with a mathematical content, related to visual materials such as graphs. This publication contains sufficient tests to administer one per week for all pupils in the 11-16 age range and represents a full range of mathematical abilities. All tests have 15 questions, some related to course work and the remainder based on information sheets containing a range of illustrations such as advertisements, graphs, tables and other material which has appeared in the popular press. So that all pupils can have individual copies of the information sheets, the book is presented on A4 paper and spiral bound for ease of photocopying.
