It starts as the Haunting--a night demon who was created by the sins of man. God thought he had defeated him by bringing forth a change upon him, yet the demon darkened the world. To save his gift, he created a son who was given the name Daven by the farmer"s wife, Heidi. Daven grows into a man only to be chased by Lord Satan who longs for the gift that is greater than his, yet equal to God. This brings forth the wrath of God, maintaining the gift God has given to mankind to this war lord. Daven sacrifices himself upon the gray area that separates day from night, good from evil, heaven from hell. Once again, the demon turns back into the seed from which he came, yet the sins of man never rest, and it awakens the demon. He begins to search for the mother he longs to love.
