Series 403 is a Artist Hog Bristle Double Thick Fan with a shorter length than da Vinci Series 404. Traditionally, Fan blenders were used for gilding picture frames. They are excellent for fine blending, textures and smoothing out paint and for special effects in portrait, landscape and abstract painting. Made in Germany.
