True Friendship is to accept unconditionally From the age of four, the friendship of these two young boys had blossomed into a lifetime of adventure, politics, and loving moments with their families. Though their voyages through life lead them into some harrowing days and nights; the strength of their families kept them going. Preston Davis Simpkins had centered his career in downtown Charleston. He, along with his best friend, Beau, worked together and played together. Preston wanted to give more back to society and the community since he had come from humble beginnings. Upon graduation, Preston went to work for the Public Defender"s office, and Beau chose to open a private practice, handling mostly torte cases. Beau would help Preston out at his office, and they also ran an office to help those who could not afford lawyers. Both found wonderful women to share their lives with.
