A second impression of this pocket-sized, full colour street atlas of Devon, giving comprehensive and detailed coverage of the area. The route planner shows all the A and B roads and can be used when driving to get close to the destination before turning to the relevant large scale street map. The mapping is based on Ordnance Survey data and gives the user complete coverage of all urban and rural areas. The mapping is at a scale of 1 1/3 inches to 1 mile with the urban areas at the larger scale of 2 2/3 inches to 1 mile. Exeter and Plymouth city centres are shown at the extra large scale of 5 1/3 inches to 1 mile. All mapping is complete with postcode boundaries. The atlas is ideally suited for both business and leisure use. The main maps show every named road, street and lane, with through-routes highlighted in urban areas. School locations are marked and emergency services, hospitals, police stations, car parks and rail and bus station locations are all featured. There is a comprehensive index of street names and postcodes including schools, industrial estates, hospitals, sports centres, etc. These places of interest are highlighted in red.
