Stainless steel-Delrin inserts on a secure spring locking (rod tip end) rod holder. Can be mounted inside or out, in a horizontal, vertical or overhead position. This is a two item kit with a spring loaded tip end and enclosed ring for the stock end of the rod/reel combinations.
