The NUMA Organ by Studiologic is a modern version of the famous tone wheel organ played by Joey de Francesco. Every detail of the original tone wheel organ, from the hum and buzz to the mechanical clicks of switching contacts, is incorporated into the NUMA Organ. A total of 73 keys, it features 61 weighted organ style waterfall keys, nine drawbars and a 12 key reversed octave with over writable preset locations. These twelve keys can be used to control external MIDI devices such as synthesizers, samplers, sound modules, and more, live on stage. You can control virtual tone generators such as those found in computer based systems in existing studio environments. The NUMA Organ master MIDI controller combines the physical modeling sound engine with complete control provided by 9 drawbars, rotary/modulation wheel, and chorus/vibrato knob. It also has built in effects and a keybed that can be switched from fixed velocity in organ mode, to dynamic mode for expressive playing when used as a MIDI controller for other instrument sounds. The TP80 Organ Waterfall keyboard offers a high quality feel much like that of the original. The NUMA Organ also provides an excellent Rotary speaker simulation for an authentic vivid sound. It simply sounds and feels exactly like the original, but is more than 150 pounds lighter.
