With the success of the three anthologies of Desert Blues, Oriental Blues" mission is to compile music from diverse countries of the Orient and focuses on ballads and blues. These songs address the issue of current political changes in the geographical region and are untouched by any form of state- or religious censorship. On one hand some of the lyrics mourn about the bloodshed caused by recent events, on the other hand they encourage the process of a political- and social-transformation for a just futur
