The Eva Trio Stainless Steel series are made of highly polished stainless steel formed from solid 18/10 high quality stainless steel with a solid sandwich base, which distributes heat evenly across the entire cooking surface. The frying pan has low rounded sides, which make it easy to use a spatula for removing food. The special honeycomb pattern in the base keeps fat from running freely across the pan when frying food. Stainless steel is easy to maintain and stays beautiful for many years. The entire series has a convenient pouring rim, and cool to-the-touch handles.
