Previously released as the seventh CD in the Treasure Chest box set and was initially released as a bootleg in the mid seventies and was in fact taken from television master recording in Canada during the North American "Journey To The Centre of the Earth Tour". This re-mastering has been carefully digitised and includes "The American Pearl and Dean Piano Concerto" as well as three more tracks from "The Six Wives of Henry VIII"
