Lilith Lane has been part of the Australian music underground for over 12 years. If you have frequented Melbourne"s music haunts, you"ll have seen her pounding piano, strumming guitar, or lending a backing vocal to various bands, most recently for Black Pony Express. Recorded live to tape over 3 days, Lilith"s style blends roots, soul and rock sensibilities. With Lilith on guitar, piano and vocals, her band includes well-known members of the Paul Kelly band, the RocKwiz house band, Angie Hart band, Spencer P. Jones, Black Pony Express, and the Ukeladies....the result is bittersweet, warm, spacious and sometimes straight-out nasty.
