The Fugitive: Views And Reviews
This book, an offshoot of the Yahoo discussion group, The-Fugitive-Views-And-Reviews is a compilation of reviews and general commentary that have appeared at that group site since its inception in October 2003. It has been more than four decades since Dr. Richard Kimble was falsely convicted of murdering his wife. The classic ABC television series, "The Fugitive" which ran four seasons, from 1963 to 1967, chronicled his exploits as he escaped, and then roamed the country in search of a one-armed man he believed actually committed the crime. Nearly forty years after Richard Kimble finally proved his innocence in a memorable finale that was the most highly rated TV episode up to that time, people are still discussing and analyzing this series. A 1993 feature film, a 2000/2001 reprise of the series on CBS, countless books, articles, websites, discussion groups and beginning in January 2006, an interactive internet radio program, have proven the durability of this brilliant concept. This unique book is intended as an easy to read quick reference guide for Fugitive fans the world over. Containing in depth reviews, written by co-moderators Kitty and Bobbynear of the Yahoo group, The-Fugitive-Views-And-Reviews, and long time group member and creator of this print version, Ken Ardizzone, each episode is presented in the order that it originally aired on TV.
