The Joovy Toy Room playard is built at a real playard factory and it functions just like the real thing. It folds and unfolds and it can be stored inside the included travel bag. To fold, simply twist the top rail on each side and pull up on the floorboard handle. Dimensions of the playard are 16.25x16.25x13 and the diagonal length is 22 inches.
