This CD features rarely heard works from Virgil Thomson: At the Beach, Study Piece, Portrait of a Lady, Edges: A Portrait of Robert Indiana, and A Solemn Music. Also included is the Charles Fussell arrangement of Thomson"s A Joyful Fugue.
