Visit the Famous Festival of Transport as we take a tour of the wide range of military vehicles on show. Amongst the impressive vehicles on display you"ll see the Diamond T969 "Wrecker", a tough 6-wheeled truck built to lift and tow disabled vehicles to and from workshops for repairs, the Daimler "Ferret", an internationally utilized scout car small and fast enough for urban environments but also strong enough for rugged off-road terrain, and the Humber "Pig", an armoured truck used by the Royal Ulster Constabulary during the worst of the troubles in Northern Ireland as a patrol vehicle. This is just a small selection of the all the beautifully restored and maintained military trucks, lorries, cars, motorbike, bicycles and tanks on parade.
