Taking their name from a street gang in a William Burroughs novel, the Heavy Metal Kids were mix of glam and punk releasing most of their often overlooked work in the mid and late 70"s. After vocalist Gary Holton"s death in 1985, the band took a long hiatus until, in 2002, they recorded this album, Hit The Right Button.
