Porto Franco is proud to reissue Handyman"s Honeymoon, a 2006 album by the San Francisco boy/girl duo Ramon and Jessica. They have been writing, recording and touring on the West Coast since the release of their 2003 eponymous debut, drawing their deceptively simple sound from a rich and soulful palette of Americana, sixties folk, cabaret, chamber and improvisational traditions. Both accomplished musicians in their own right, members Dina Maccabee and Jesse Olsen perform on a wide range of instruments including guitar, violin, viola, toy piano, percussion, Casio keyboard, accordion, and piano, and have performed or recorded with artists including Feist, Wilco, Sufjan Stevens, Carla Bozulich, Vienna Teng, Vetiver, and The Cuts.
