2004 album from a man who was friends with lead singer Jon Anderson since they were in the band The Warriors together prior to the formation of Yes. After they disbanded, Anderson would go on to Yes and Foster would help found Badger. In these intervening years, Foster co-wrote the song "Time And A Word" with Anderson and it eventually became the title track of Yes" second album. Foster meantime would go on to work with Harvey Mason, Pete Bardens, Steve Marriott and Erasure among others. This solo album includes a re-working of the Yes track "Time And A Word" along with new originals.
