Bill Chase s jazz rock band burst into prominence with their US hit, Get It On . All three albums featured on this release made the US Top 200. Chase were a fantastic live act and upstaged many a headline act whom they supported. Sadly in 1974, the band s plane crashed on the way to a gig, killing all on board including Chase, keyboardist Wally Yohn, drummer Walter Clark and guitarist John Emma.
