This is a textbook for a course on the paralegal profession which covers the traditional coverage of the paralegal profession, practical issues of the workplace as well as a skills approach within an eclectic selection of substantive law topics. Each chapter is divided into theory (social or economic reality), legal doctrine (sources and substance), and practice both by lawyers and specifically for paralegals.
