Chicago"s Soil burst onto the scene in 1998 with their indie release El Chupacabra. The band then signed with the now defunct MIA records, who only pressed up a couple thousand copies of the band"s album Throttle Junkies. After releasing Scars in 2001 on J Records, Re.de.fine in 2004 and True Self in 2006 - all to greater and great acclaim - the time is now right to reissue Throttle Junkies with three bonus tracks including the hit "Black Betty". Soil has sold over 380,000 albums in the United States and has had two Top 15 singles at Active Rock radio.
