Emanuel made great strides with their debut album,Soundtrack To A Headrush. They toured the world relentlessly for eighteen months straight including stints on tours with Taking Back Sunday, Saves The Day, Senses Fail,Warped Tour and many,many more. They garnered critical acclaim from the press abroad. They took their hard-nosed, gnarly rock n" roll style to the masses, and the masses enjoyed! After some well-deserved down time to write and record, Emanuel are back with the sophomore album, Black Earth Tiger. This time they went up to Seattle and recorded with renowned producer Terry Date (Pantera, Soundgarden, Deftones). The result is a much more complete rock album. The bigger parts are bigger, but the quieter parts are quieter. In between there are more atmospheric tones making for a much deeper rock album. It"s a change of pace for the band, but that won"t a change to their tireless tour schedule and much expected critical acclaim.
