Explicit Version. Steven Howse also known as Layzie Bone, L-Burna, # 1 Assassin and Lil" Lay, is an American rapper. He is a member of the rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. Howse was born and grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. Howse is the brother of Flesh-n-Bone, the cousin of Wish Bone. Layzie Bone was originally "Bizzy Bone" before member Bryon "Bizzy" McCane got the name for always being "Bizzy". Layzie Bone is the unofficial head of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and he has had success going solo. In March of 2001 he released his debut solo album, "Thug By Nature" which become a solid good first album. Layzie has also presented the Mo Thugs Family, a wide and revolving roster of Cleveland area urban artists.
