GOREROTTED are proud to announce the release of their latest album, "A New Dawn for the Dead" through Metal Blade Records on June 28th! This is their third full length and it demonstrates a subtle but welcome turning point for the band. Bassist/vocalist Wilson elaborates, "This album is a new chapter for us. It still has the same "Gorerotted" humor and extreme grooves, but it"s developed and grown into something eviler and uglier than ever!" After a year and a half of touring "Only Tools and Corpses", the band condensed the ferocity and the atmosphere of their live performance into a more complex record. "For the first time we used our live sound engineer and a new studio for recording and it has complemented our vision nicely". "A New Dawn For The Dead" was recorded at Aexxys-Art studio (Schwandorf, Germany) engineered by Markus Roedl, mixed by Stephan Fimmers (NECROPHAGIST) and mastered by Tim Turan (STATUS QUO, MARYLIN MANSON, EMPEROR, DISCHARGE) at Turan Audio. Artwork for the album is handled by the infamous UK artist Mick Kenny.
