Chia seeds were originally cultivated by the Aztecs in Mexico. RAW Health chia seeds are rich in essential Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids in a ration of 3:1. They also provide a good source of fibre, minerals and antioxidants. We recommend using 5% in bread recipes.
