The new Electric Kettle from Saeco performs above and beyond existing water kettles on the market today. Not only does it rapidly boil 50 ounces of water conventionally, it can heat water up to exact, preset temperatures and hold that temperature for up to two hours. The kettle can also perform a combination of these two functions, bringing water up to a rolling boil, and then keeping it warm at a lower temperature for two hours. The advanced digital control panel displays the exact temperature of the water at all times. The kettle also features the new Color Changing Technology, a multi-color backlight within the carafe. As the temperature of the water increases, the carafe changes from an elegant blue shade to a bright red, so the end user always knows what temperature the water is, even at a quick glance.
