The album was recorded at Greaseland Studios in San Jose, California by current Nightcats" ace guitarist Kid Andersen, who also generously lends his incredible six-string attack to the proceedings. Hanck earned his second Blues Music Award nomination in 2011 for his skillful mastery of his instrument, a fact long recognized by legendary slide guitarist Elvin Bishop with whom he toured with throughout much of the 70"s and 80"s.
