Nosferatu is an English gothic rock band formed in March 1988 by Damien DeVille. Their albums, singles, and DVD have sold over 100,000 copies worldwide, making them one of the most commercially successful second-wave gothic rock groups. Nosferatu has the good fortune of being one of the few UK-based gothic rock bands to receive chart success both in the UK and Germany. Their back catalog of independent releases, to date, stands at seven singles, 10 albums, one DVD, and numerous songs featured on 37 compilation albums. The band has performed over 300 concerts in 12 countries including Austria, Belgium, England, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, and Wales.
