The CW-80 transformer features controlled movement in forward, neutral and reverse. The locomotive has dual powerful maintenance-free motors for smooth and continuous movement, die-cast metal trucks, pilot and fuel tank along with a metal frame. The lighted cab interior and engineer and conductor figures bring the locomotive to life. The rolling stock has die-cast metal sprung trucks (except the caboose) with operating couplers.
