How it works: Simply set the branding iron on your existing grill rack and preheat your grill to its highest setting, preferably over 300 degrees. Place your chicken or meat directly on the heated team logo, searing the image from one of the 7 searing circles onto the meat as it cooks. Depending on the type of meat it typically takes between 20 seconds - 2 minutes to sear the image on.
