Each stand is made of thick steel tubing (1.1") with field replaceable parts. They also have a clutch that locks up faster and smoother than their peers with dual overmolding for a secure grip. The PRO-SB mic stand features a die-cast weighted base in a curved, triangular shape with a cutout in the back that allows you to stack up to 6 when not in use.
