For world-class cellist Dave Eggar, the parallels between Mozart and yoga reside in the sense of flow and grace we feel in our bodies. This idea was the foundation of The Yoga Sessions: Dave Eggar Quartet: Mozart, the idea of Mozart"s music in a yoga class grew out of Eggar"s "thinking about music created for the yoga experience. I thought it would be an interesting concept to play classical music intentioned for a Yoga class." Eggar has always been interested in music as a "complete emotional experience." With The Yoga Sessions, his practice becomes a celebration of unifying body and spirit.
