COP Security Video Transceiver allows transmission of 4 video signals down a single UTP cable with exceptional interference rejection. It is designed for use with Category 5e Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cable, which is more flexible than traditional coaxial cable. It is built-in with 2KV surge protection and 15KV Electrostatic discharge. The twisted pair cable provide easy installation and it is cheaper and allows for greater transmission distances without loss of quality. Passive Baluns can transmit and receive full motion composite video signals up to 900ft in Color and 1800ft in Monochrome (up to 1.2KM when used with an active receiver).
