A deep penetrating flat semi transparent finish for long term protection on wood from rot and decay, plus mold/mildew growth. VOC compliant in most areas with EPA registered pesticide/mildewcide to kill mold, mildew, and fungus on the surface and under the coating. Durable and water repellent it is excellent for all exterior applications such as; decks, siding, fences, trim, and especially rough sawn siding. Recommended for exterior above grade application only. Do not apply over previously painted or sealed surfaces. Available in 4 colors and 1 neutral tint base to tint to any of the Cabot colors. Covers approximately 450 to 650 sq. ft. per gallon; on rough surfaces, 200 to 300 sq. ft. per gallon. Rates will vary depending upon the porosity of the surface.
