Red Sea aiptasia are a pest often introduced via live rock or corals that can rapidly reach plague proportions in marine aquaria, destroying corals and other precious livestock. Aiptasia-X consists of natural components which form a thick adhesive material. This unique formula is sensed as food and therefore ingested. The ingested adhesive seals the anemone"s mouth preventing the release of planula (larvae). Within minutes of application, the treated aptasia will implode, eradicating both the anemone and its planula.
