Our highly reflective shoulder strap is constructed of very durable material and fully covered with genuine 3M reflective tape (PVC-plastic). It is designed to clip on to your (Case It) looseleaf binder, laptop case, briefcase etc with the heavy duty plastic hooks at either end. It can also be used as a freestanding reflective sash by clipping it closed to itself. It has a rubber shoulder grip and it is fully adjustable, making it a comfortable and versatile product. It is available in 3 color patterns: Black material with White reflective tape, Red material with White reflective tape, and Orange material with Lime-Yellow reflective tape.
