The EcoQue Wood Fired Pizza Oven and Smoker is the perfect outdoor cooking tool for anyone who enjoys having different cooking options right at their finger tips. This oven is designed with dual chambers and a bottom mounted firebox to allow for several cooking methods. The masonry lined pizza oven sits directly above the firebox and can reach temperatures of up to 650 degrees for delicious pizzas or you can roast and bake at 350 - 450 degrees. The firebox vents into the insulated smoker oven above the pizza oven and provides the perfect area for slow smoking without getting too hot. The firebox is on rails and simply slides out to allow for easy addition of more coal or wood chunks, and the small size is designed to prevent over filling making this unit very energy efficient. The front of the fire box has three adjustable air vents to let you precisely control the temperature, and the chimney also has a damper for even more temperature control in the smoker area. Each oven features a glow in the dark thermometer that is set up to record the temperature at the center of the chamber, and the pizza oven has another thermometer right on the stone to measure the surface temperature. This pizza oven also features a large storage area underneath the firebox for wood or cooking tools. The front of the unit has two pull out handles that allow one person to tip the unit onto the back wheels and easily move it.
