This not only means that the bar is digitally designed, but that the layup itself is computer-controlled. This system prevents any flaws or voids in the construction that lead to later weaknesses. The result of the process is a handlebar that"s laid up to work as a single-piece bar. This design allows stress forces to move along the entire length of the bar, rather than overloading any single portion. Full-on DH"ers may want to go even wider (look at the Havoc Carbon instead), but for everyone else, this is the no compromises bar du jour.
