Accommodates cylinders up to 6-1/2-Inch in diameter and has double hose reeling hooks, welding rod holder and cylinder restraining chain. Light weight in construction. Handle retracts from 40-Inch to 25-1/2-Inch in height. Wheels are 5-Inch x 1-1/4-Inch semi-pneumatic with oilite lubrication for 5/8-Inch axle capacity.
