Satin-LokTM offers tough, durable water repellent protection that is wear and stain resistant. Satin-LokTM is used in a wide range of residential and commercial markets and can be applied to unpainted/painted surfaces for interior/exterior & horizontal/vertical projects. Can be used over painted surfaces to provide additional moisture protection. Alkali resistant, can be applied on new concrete as soon as forms removed. 5 Year year labor and material warranty available and requires filling out application form which can be obtained from Rainguard or Exterior Performance Coatings, Inc.
