Combine Williams Tortilla Soup Mix, water and tomatoes in saucepan. Stir in cooked chicken. Cover and over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. To serve, ladle into bowls and top with tortilla chips and cheese. Garnish, if desired with jalapeno peppers and guacamole or sour cream. Makes 10 servings.
