This 250g jars of Galeffi are a fantastic treat! They are rarely sold out of Italy and only selected Deli"s have them. Basically you dissolve the Galeffi into a glass of water, normally 2 tea spoon does the trick and then you drink whilist its fizzing. It helps with stomach pain, upset stomach and the rest!
