This liquid sumi ink is dense black. Made in Japan it is ideal for drawing painting calligraphy and all brush work. Japanese sumi inks are known for their high quality and beautiful gradations of black to gray. This ink comes in a bottle with a very narrow opening so it is easy to drip the ink into a well or onto a sumi stone.
