Cobalt Green is probably the closest paint we have that could be called a Kelly Green. Cobalt Green is opaque but only has a moderate tinting strength so it is easily altered to go warmer or cooler depending on your palette. If tinting with white alone it will take on a cool minty shade. 13ml stick of encaustic wax paint.
