This wine is from France, Champagne region. Like the Roederer estate Anderson Valley Brut, the Brut Rose is untraditional. While most Roses are madewith more Pinot Noir than Chardonnay, the Roderer Estate Rose is a 60/40 blend of these two grapes. Aswith all Roederer Estate wines, the Brut Rose is 100% estate grown. Oak-aged wines from the reservecellars are added to the blend, creating a multi-vintage cuvee in the traditionla Roederer style.. COMPOSITION: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. The Roederer Estate Rose is full and round with smooth flavors and a fine, persistent mousse. The extrameasure of Chardonnay contributes elegance and austerity that balance nicely with the delicate fruitinessof the Pinot Noir..
