This Tweco 1140-1100 Fabricator 210 14-23 MIG Gun Contact Tip connects easily - just twist it a quarter turn clockwise and it locks in place with no threads to worry about. It has increased surface contact between contact tip/diffuser for better electrical conductivity. When the tip wear point is reached after use, just twist it half turn counter-clockwise to expose a new wear point, doubling the life of the tip. Its thick-walled diffuser design acts as "heat sink" and conducts heat away from the arc source.
